- INCINERATOR AT ALLERTON PARK
The Parish Council is being asked to make a contribution to the funds needed for the Judicial Review process, in relation to the Incinerator at Allerton Park. We would like the views of the village before making any commitment of Parish funds.
- COLD CALLING in GREAT OUSEBURN
We are considering making Great Ouseburn a “No Cold Calling Zone”, but we need 75% of the village to support this. Please come along and add your support to our campaign
- PROPOSED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT AT BRANTON GREEN
Harrogate District Council is consulting on the sites in the District Plan for new housing development and the guidelines for how they are to be developed. This consultation is about whether the proposals are “sound” and have gone through due process. The consultation will focus on whether the proposals have taken into account relevant information, like road infrastructure, housing need, sewerage, important environmental considerations etc.
We will be discussing these issues at the Parish Meeting so if you want to be involved in deciding what happens, please come along.
